The protection you need...

Matt and Charles are also discussing an endorsement paper with all staff. T he endorsement paper details a set of principles developed by ASU Workplace Reps at Savings & Loans and Australian Central. The principles are an opportunity for all staff to seek commitments from both sets of management about the way that staff will be treated during the merger process should the merger go ahead. To date both members and potential members are supporting the endorsement paper with quite a few potential members are taking the opportunity to formalise their support by joining their Union the ASU.

When we have visited as many of you as possible your ASU Workplace Reps and officials will again meet with both Australian Central and Savings & Loans management to put forward the endorsed position that many of you are now supporting. We will report back to you the outcomes of these meetings and continue to work together as we move forward.
