Date set for ETSA Utilities Agreement

The Australian Industrial Relations Commission notified the ASU late last week of a date for the hearing of the application to certify an Enterprise Agreement in accordance with Section 170 of the Workplace Relations Act. The hearing is to be held at 10.45am on Thursday, 24 November 24 2005 in the Court Room, Riverside Centre, North Terrace, Adelaide. Members of the ASU negotiating team will be in attendance.
