Change of Membership Details

The Union office relies on you keeping us up to date with your personal contact details.

Please contact us to let us know of any of the following changes:

• change of name
• change of address
• change of phone or email
• change in employer
• change in hours (eg from full time to part time or vice versa)

• change of payment method - Direct Debit or Credit Card
• payroll deduction authority (no longer offered to new members)
• waive of membership (when taking unpaid leave including parental leave)
• resignation from the Union
