Let You Union member services know if you have changed your details... It is important to keep your membership details up to date so your Union can best represent you.

Have you recently or not so recently:

• changed address
• phone number
• mobile number
• employer
• salary
• are you about to go on unpaid leave
• become unemployed
• having financial difficuties?

1. print the Change of Member Detail form (link below)

2. fill it in and

3. fax or post back to the ASU office
